The Ray Foster AG-05 dental grinder is used for dry sanding the opal using diamond cloth and silicon carbide pads. The unit features a 26000 rpm spindle with a quick-change chuck that takes the standard 2.35mm shank rotary tool bits with sintered or electroplated diamond burs, or any other mounted point that you want to use. There is a dust extraction vent behind the spindle for attaching a dust extraction system. Please ensure that a certified hazardous dust vacuum system is used with this machine to collect the harmful silica dust.
