Boulder Opal Lapidary Rough Split Pair

This is a split pair where a single opal vein has been split to expose two sides of opal. This is suitable as a specimen, or can be finished off as a polished opal pair.

The main photo shows the opal wet, to indicate the colour of the opal if it is polished. The ruler shot shows the opal dry so that you can see any faults or cracks.
